Temple Terrace is a family oriented community of some 25,000 residents. Planned as a resort area in the early part of the 1900s, it hosts many Mediterranean-style homes popular during that period. Temple Terrace is located near the main campus of the University of South Florida and about 10 miles northeast of downtown Tampa. Temple Terrace offers an excellent location with easy access to Tampa International Airport, the area’s largest malls and a variety of restaurants and entertainment.
